Biography

Brooke is a Ph.D. student whose research is centered in media and culture. Specifically, she asks: “how do contemporary media and the social contexts in which they are situated interact with identity construction processes to influence cohesion and division?” She is also passionate about addressing ethics and policy of new and emerging technologies, especially those related to digital capitalism and the attention economy.
