Stacia Wetherington, PhD
Biography
I earned my Bachelors in Political Science and Master of Public Administration from Texas Tech in 1993 and my Doctorate in Rhetoric and Communication in 2021 from Duquesne. I worked in the nonprofit sector as a grant writer/fundraiser for 25 years before becoming a professor. My specialization is in persuasive writing and nonprofit communication and I consult with nonprofit organizations on improving their messaging.
