Biography

Tara Adamczyk, M.A is a part time instructor and the advertising and marketing advisor for The Pitt News. She earned a B.S in journalism from West Liberty University in 2015 and her M.A in Media Communications (focus in advertising and public relations) from Point Park University in 2017. Upon graduation she worked in broadcast advertising at Sinclair Broadcast until 2022 when she accepted a position at Pitt.  In her studies, Tara focused on historical trends and sexism in advertising.
